This isn’t just a contest.
It’s a movement for change.
Every vote in the Fab Over 40 competition does more than support me. It fuels programs that empower women, fund breast cancer care, and expand my mission to help women heal, regulate, and rise.

What is Fab Over 40?
Fab Over 40 is more than a beauty competition. It’s a platform celebrating women who embody strength, grace, and purpose. The contest raises funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation® while amplifying the stories of women redefining what it means to thrive after forty.

This opportunity is not about vanity or recognition. It’s about impact, empowerment, and visibility—using my voice and experience to help more women access the healing and confidence they deserve.

Why me, why now
Most people don’t know this, but there was a time I didn’t think I’d live past 23. My history of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) left me battling trauma and uncertainty about my future. Yet here I am at 43, alive, grateful, and guided.
Every morning, my meditation begins with the same prayer:
“Thank you for 20 bonus years of life.”

I’m here for a reason. That reason is to help others—especially women—find their way back to themselves. Winning this contest would allow me to expand that mission on a larger scale, bringing emotional regulation, holistic healing, and hope to more lives.
Right now, every vote counts twice. Both free votes and donation votes carry double the impact.
The Power of Visibility
For most of my career, I’ve focused on quiet transformation: helping women heal in my clinic, in their communities, and within their own lives. But there comes a moment when staying quiet is no longer an option.

This moment is about stepping into visibility not for attention, but for amplification. It’s about bringing awareness to holistic wellness, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing—areas that too often go unseen or unsupported.
When you vote, you’re not voting for me. You’re voting with me, for every woman who deserves to feel radiant, balanced, and free.
It’s Not About Winning. It’s About Uplifting.
Every dollar raised through Fab Over 40 supports the National Breast Cancer Foundation®, funding early detection, education, and patient care. Together, this contest has already raised more than $25 million to support women and families.
Your vote, whether free or donation-based, helps continue that legacy of compassion and change.

What Your Vote Supports
If I win, the $40,000 grand prize will directly fund the expansion of Fire & Flow™, a holistic movement empowering women to reclaim their health, confidence, and voice through mind-body regulation and emotional healing.

Your votes help bring to life:
Books and workshops that teach emotional mastery, self-regulation, and feminine leadership
Public speaking and educational programs that deliver practical wellness tools to schools, companies, and communities
Integrative medical and mental health care for women navigating trauma, burnout, and hormonal imbalance
Transformational retreats where women experience deep healing through acupuncture, movement, and nervous system regulation.
This is not about a crown. It’s about building a legacy of healing, hope, and feminine power—one woman, one nervous system, one life at a time.
This isn’t about winning a title. It’s about building a legacy of healing.

Thank You for Standing With Me
